I recorded a video on my phone upside down (there was a valid reason for this, but I wont divulge) now I have transferred it to my PC, but I wanna know if there's any way I could flip it and save it the right way up? It's an MP4 video file if that makes a difference.

Well i've opened the file up in movie maker and there doesn't appear to be an option to do that. Any clues, or should I try something else?

I've used it for digital camera movies shot at 90 degrees

    From a video help website.......

    Yes, by using Video Effects:
    1. On the timeline, click the video clip you want to rotate.
    2. On the Task Menu, click Video Effects.
    3. Drag the Rotate 90 (clockwise) or Rotate 270 (will turn it anti-clockwise) to rotate your video.
