any1 else been impressed by box office recently?

very impressed with the box office recently. tickets arriving very fast. excellent service. service with a smile. any1 else impressed?

but the job they do on a match day must be seriously difficult when people are queing out of door and shouting at the staff to hurry up etc. they do a fantastic job and never get praised

Did well enough when Leeds came to Oakwell. I had to get 6 tickets on matchday, and despite the massive queues, they dealt with it efficiently enough.

well said. they work tirelessly all the time i bet sumtimes without a dinner break and i bet they are paid peanuts

They do. Club is being run on a shoe-string, for obvious reasons.

Ive never had anything but a positive experience when dealing with the box office. Sharon has been particularly helpful in sorting out London Tykes home and away tickets in the past.
