I ain't been .. didn't even no he was on, but am thinking of going to the April one with a few mates.

Lads at work from Sheffield seemed to like him when they saw him sometime since.

    Yeah, been once

He only comperes - does a good few minutes between each act.
There will be two acts on. When we went, one was OK, the other was a bit poor. The people I went with said they'd been a few times and the acts were usually better.

Worth a look for the money.

    PS

You should get a ticket - some people paid on the night when we went.

If his performances on Radio Sheffield is anything to go by, it will be a kind of juvenile humour.

    Toby is ace.

When we went he did the first stint, then 2 acts. Second half he did another plus two acts. All stand up.

I like him more and more as time goes on. He's good on the radio, and I bumped into him once in a supermarket in the queue. Top bloke and a good laugh.

He is a lot more "robust" on stage than he is on Radio - believe me.
