Anybody been using the AVG free AV that's about to expire?

    Thinking about buying their full version when the free one expires next week but wondered if there was any better options out there.</p>

    I have bad experiences with both McAfee and Symantec- they seem to slow my laptops down no end.</p>

    Was just about to buy AVG but saw that they charge more money to have 12 month's download- i.e. if you rebuild you PC you pay for the whole thing again unless you take that &quot;insurance&quot; option. Seems they've gone from free to &quot;lets get as much dosh as we can&quot;.</p>

    if your gonna buy one get nod 32 superb nowt gets by it,small file doesn,t slow your computer down,best ant virus on the market without doubt!
