    We want a couple of players that can really fire us up particularly when we're up against it. We are too nice basically. Perhaps its rubbing off the manager onto the pitch. Not strenghtening the team at a vital stage of the season coz he didn't want to upset his players & show them loyalty, that phrase will come back to haunt Ritchie.
