Games are all the same yes graphics etc , but PS3 as a few more things, do some research on hardrive space etc.
aye x box is very good granted like but theres better games avaliable on the playstation like new gran turismo any future guitar heros and i find pro evo is better on PS2 than it is on 360, thats my opinion like.
I thought the exact same as you before getting 1. Controllers are fine after a while. I wasnt a fan of the XBOX, but its brilliant to use and easy. </p> Original XBOX was crap but the 360 isnt.</p>
I'd wait another 3 or 4 months until there are more games out, I've got the PS3 but the number of good games out at the moment is limited. By the middle of September / October I think this will have changed.
I've got one mate Best piece of kit I own. Bloody love the thing. But the only downside is the lack of software atm. Pro Evo is out around October-time also Grand Theft Auto 4 - by then the PS3 will be awesome.</p> Resistance is my favourite just now.</p>
Got to say I like my 360 The games are great on it. Virtual Tennis , Gears of War , Crackdown </p> The thing with the PS3 is it relies on Blu Ray - still unsure whether it will take off yet and with the 360 you've got a choice of DVD or an additional HD-DVD player. </p> The pS 3'sdo look good though got to admit</p>
RE: I've got one mate I've got a PS3, and the majority of games aren't fantastic at the moment and don't show it's potential. Wait for September and the good titals come out especially GT and Metal Gear.
My brother is a programmer, he recently worked on the soon to be released Burnout game on the XBox360. He owns a Wii, XBox360 and a PS3 and says that the PS3 will have some great games for it but its doubtful whether it will overtake the 360 because its more difficult to program for, making it a bit of a turn off for developers.
I have a PS3, my brother has a 360. The controllers aren’t massive on the 360 like the old x-box and are a good design. And easy to use. Took me a while to get used to the top buttons as they are different to the PS controllers. Alls good though and wish I’d saved the money and bought a 360. I’ve got Gran Turismo for the PS3 but prefer Forza Motorsport 2 and even Need for Speed Carbon on the 360 and Gears of War and Ghost Recon 2 on the 360 are quality games. Nothing against the PS3 though. Just don't see the justification of paying a lot more and for no difference at all.
