we need a new mattress and wondered if they were any good or if the combination of spring and memory are better/worse or whether to stick to the traditional stuff. Everything is chuffin gets complicated these days (doh)
yes mate i would definitely recommend them. they feel a bit strange at first but you definitely get a better night's kip with them and i used to get a bit of back ache from old style matress which i no longer get. i got one off ebay for under two hundered quid for a king size one.
they sell them on my market at catterick for about £40 exelent value weve had one ages now . would imagine you would get one at thorsby market for similar price.
Me too, brilliant Only disadvantage is if anybody different sleeps on the other half you have a devil of a job explaining to the missus who the imprint is of
or if its better for you to go to catterick come and see me and i:ll show you where to get best deal just look for pramman?
Thing to remember is that even the most expensive of them only have a layer of "memory foam" up to 7cm thick as the top section of the mattress. Could go for a normal sprung decent mattress and get a mattress topper in memory foam. I did this for my two girls and it works a treat. If you happen not to like it (I don't) then you haven't forked out a fortune. Even more complicated! P.S. King sized 7cm memory foam topper is about £120
Recommend this place If, like me, you really can't be arsed trawling around shops for a mattress! http://www.mattressman.co.uk/
