Anybody had trouble buying away tickets online? Get to pay bit but no further!!

    Dont forget you need to be logged in to your account before you can pay - I think that has caught people out before

    Cheers pal, I'm all logged in after activating, I pick my ticket I enter my details, then it says I haven't entered them correctly which I have, several times.The drop down card menu is a bit weird, you pick it and it just says 'card'. Given up now had 10 goes at it and its cocked up every time.

    Knew it was too good to be true to actually purchase something online

    I've had exactly the same problem all night KHJ - glad its not me - there's definitely something wrong. My details are spot on correct and it keeps saying the same as to you. The only thing that can be wrong is the top line which should be for the type of card but only gives you one option, ie 'card'.

    I'd just convinced myself that buying both Leeds and Charlton together for £41 wasn't too bad, whereas I'll get up tomorrow and think **** the £36 for Leeds.

    I joined the Barnsley Trust to save on my OAP tickets it's only £1 but it adds up. So as not to have to get there 90minutes early to pick them up and not fetch them in week, petrol cost, I got my ticket online. Cost me three quid extra credit card charges. What a load of ******** that exercise was. I will just pay on gate saves money. This is same with membership scheme. Are the Italians already in charge.

    Chaps, it worked tonight. Tried it on workstation rather than iPad, worked a treat.

    Wonder if it was iPad, yet everything was exactly same, you don't select a card, it just knows from your number
