    Games on sky so theres a good chance it will be on in bars. dont know tenerife that well so does anyone know any good bars it maybe on??

    Best thing would be to let us know whereabouts in Tenerife you are.
    There's no point in me mentioning the Harlequin bar situated between Los Christianos and Las Americas if you're miles away on the Northern side of the Island.

    I'm in Tenerife that week and was wondering the same thing. I put a post on tripadvisor.com but haven't had any replies yet. I found a link at http://www.etenerife.com/barslas.htm which suggests that The Thirsty Beggar and The Princess Di are both in Playa De Ls Americas and show sporting events, although it only mentions that The Thirsty Beggar has Sky Sports.

    If you find out any further info then send me a PM. It would be great to watch the match with at least one other barnsley fan !

    Aaahhh!... ye olde traditional method eh? I'm sure we used to have similar things hanging on the boundary walls of the main stand many moons ago? A placard advertising the next home game?

    My mate managed to catch 2nd leg of playoffs against Huddersfield when he was on holiday in Crete - he was lucky as the only place in the village that had Sky only had it installed the previous week!
