    What have they seen to give him the managers job?could be one of the biggest mistakes in the clubs history.

    I've watched the academy a number of times while Davey was in charge.

    He had in place those personal development plans for the players then. Didn't exactly take them to dizzy heights in their league.

    Also who's managing the academy now?
    They're at home tomorrow, I might pop down and see how they fair against Middlesborough

    Whats what got to do with bringing coaches into the club.

    Development plans are long term. The foundations of Daveys work with the Academy are being built on by Dave Hancock.

    Ritchie didn't bring any players through the Academy to the 1st team did he?
    Or have I missed somthing?
