I know about the O2 sim only deal at 15 quid for 300mins and 600 texts - but I've been on a contract with them and to be honest I'm not feeling O2 minded at the minute.

Anyone know of anything else going?

Don't necessarily want a new handset but

O2 have offered me £15 a month sim only deal for 300mins and 600 texts, billed monthly and 30 days notice needed to terminate.

Wondered if theres any better deals on other networks.

I've been running at about 100+ minutes and 100 texts a month.

Agreed. this time when i upgraded i got a blackberry phone, unlimited texts, 800 mins, free home broadband. All for about £26 per month.

I keep getting calls from 02 and another company who confidently offer to beat my deal - thats until i tell them what im getting and they thank me for my time and beat a hasty retreat.

Dont know how Orange are on the cheaper tarriffs though.

    Keep away from orange mate

Their coverage is shocking, was with em for a couple of years due to signing up for free broadband, the places where I couldn't get a signal were shocking, inside supermarkets out in certain areas of the countryside, not just my experience either, my sons with em and the number of times we lose connection when he's in his house is unbelievable, my mates brother was a gaffer on the railway and they used to use orange for their company phones but got shut cos of poor connection in the country. I'm with T mobile at the moment and I haven't had a problem 18 months.
