Hmm. The top one has lower CAS (CL=2.5, not 3) latency, which makes it a bit faster. The bottom one has higher bus speed which makes it much faster. (PC2700 runs at 333MHz, PC3200 runs at 400) Really it depends on your system - if the highest bus speed the motherboard supports is 333MHz, then it will run the PC3200 RAM at the slower bus speed. If that is the case, the CL2.5 would be faster. If the board will support 400MHx bus speed the PC3200 RAM is better. Wow! That's pretty comprehensive By the sounds of that, your mainboard will only support 266MHz, so even the PC2700(333MHz) RAM which is in will be being underclocked. (=run at a lower bus speed than it is capable of) On that note, you'd get marginally more performance from the PC2700 but I'm not sure it would be noticeable. However, if you have any plans to upgrade the motherboard and CPU at a later date, the PC3200 stuff is more future proof.
