    How you restore a back-up in Windows 8?

    I've got a new PC with Windows 8, and backed up my hard disk from my old PC to transfer the files. They are all there zipped up, ready to go on the new machine but I can't seem to find the right buttons to press.....

    Cheers Mark, had a look at those.

    Backup & Restore has been replaced in Windows 8 by File History, however it doesn't seem to want to restore files from an old PC/old version of Windows.

    I must be getting old, I'll try and find a geek to do it, as the files are definitely there.
