anybody managed to turn the screw on Virgin recently

    been trying to juggle my acount today but there did'nt seem to be the same flexibility

    Anybody? when I rang em yesterday

    was told if it aws'nt one of the packages on their computer system they could'nt do it

    I did before Christmas.

    I got them to give me an improve TV package, a V+ Box (£30 installation), flat rate phone calls local and national any time any day, I paid them an extra £7 per month, and cut my phone bill by £30 quid per month - so I'm £23ish up per month. They were very happy to talk turkey when I told them I was off to Sky. :)
