The Blackpool player got booked but I thought a punch was a red card. The punch connected with Mostto's neck because he dodged it.
I don't think Mostto was booked but Bruma was in the same incident, after he had booked the Blackpool player he held a yellow card up to Bruma.
It was Mostto. Mostto was booked for being punched, and Odejayi was booked for being grabbed around the neck.
Referee was clueless as to what had gone off and he booked them both to make sure he got the culprit.
Yep, deffo Mostto. I think he booked him for the retaliation - right or wrong. Mostto flung his arm back at the player, and i'm more than sure thats what it was for. The other guy should have gone if in fact he did throw a punch.
The one with Odejayi was worse. Got grabbed around the throat and stood his ground, didn't raise his hands or anything. Staggering yellow.
Mostto reacted and threw his arm out - didn't connect though. The ref did another where he booked both players for something their guy did.
Ref bottled it.. rather than be subsequently found out for missing something because he had taken no action and thus the incident could be subsequently reviewed on video by a disciplinary panel, he chose to yellow card the players involves so that there is no review for foul play. Blackpool don't need to be a dirty side, but they have shown again that they are more than willing to become one when things go against them.
