Anybody used Magpie.com to sell CDs?

Discussion in 'Bulletin Board ARCHIVE' started by Gloucester_Red, Jul 18, 2009.

  1. I have just put in 24 miscellaneous cds (you just enter the bar codes) and they have offered me amounts between 30p and £3.00 per cd. There seemed no logic to the valuations but I have registered them as a sale anyway and am waiting for the postage paid labels to arrive. I will send them and wait for my check for just over £24.

Anyone else used this? Always suspicious of new things.....

  2. Correction - anybody used MUSICMAGPIE.CO.UK to sell cds?

Got the name slightly wrong. They buy DVDs and games as well. Anyone used them??

No but you don't seem to get much for your CDs on there. Suppose if you just want shut of them it's ok but don't expect to get rich or get anywhere nears a fair price.
