Anybody using BRSK for broadband?

    We tried to get Brsk earlier this year. Took out a contract when they'd gone live, cancelled our Virgin Media, booked the installation. They turned up, but couldn't do the work - the cable comes in from telegraph poles and we'd been assigned one that had no sightlines to our property. Nothing they could do, even though another telegraph pole sits directly in front of the house. Bunch of absolute amateurs - got no apology or anything, then even a request for payment as I'd cancelled the direct debit!! Had to crawl back to VM and negotiate a new contract. Wouldn't touch Brsk with a telegraph pole.....

    On the flip side to what Micky has said I moved to them from Sky. Blows sky away with the speeds offered and had none of the trouble the previous poster had.

    They look attractive on price and speeds, but I opted against as their TV offering looked a bit faffy

    Had it installed recently, very good speeds and decent when nobody in the area is online, comes to 7pm and online gaming is awful, rang my account manager on wed morning, no call back upto now, will be ringing monday and cancelling in my cooling off period, and will carry on with VM.
