    Hate to tell you this, but you really need to help things "pass thru" a little easier.
    Suggest lots of fruitjuice , and maybe a curry - do you like curry??!!

    Sorry shouldn't laugh ... I know it's not nice. Still, on the bright side those creams they use for piles are said to be magic as face creams to cover up sagging eyes etc - filmstars swear by Anusol.
