    300K?

    Whoever is selling that must be mad. If there are 12 apartments as you say, then that means it equates to (after extimating costs for knocking down said church and building the apartments) 60/70k per apartment.

    At the moment, apartments range from 80k-125k for re-sale.

    Snap their fecking hands off.
