For me - a card, chocolate orange and gift tokens. It's always nice to have a 'surprise', but to be safe tokens are always a good bet.

You get some dads the same as you these days, Nik mate!!

I bet they'd love a new game for the PS2 or something, not sure your dad would appreciate Pro Evo 5 though.

Good gifts for a dad (in and about £20)

    In no particular order

    1) Sheepskin gloves

    2) Ashes DVD / video

    3) Electric toothbrush (good offers at Boots and Argos at the mo)

    4) Sweatshirt / jumper / fleece (plain, no brand name, highly practical)

    5) Electric screwdriver

    6) Socks and pants (honest us dads love 'em)

    7) CD box set of 70's band (need to be careful here) there are some pretty good box sets on offer at HMV at the mo', dads like complete sets of stuff.

I'm a dad and would be happy with any of these things.
