and why am I being called a customer, I wont answer any stupid reply's on this board, I need a serious reply. Please Pm me Dave
well from dictionary.com noun 1. a person who purchases goods or services from another; buyer; patron. 2. Informal. a person one has to deal with: a tough customer; a cool customer. I guess that you arent purchasing goods or services so it must be the trendy informal version they are using Thats New Labour for you ****** isnt it
DSS DHSS call it what you like, I need a answer from someone who knows not stupid reply's like that Farnham
Have you checked the DSS website, to see if your question can be answered on there? http://www.dwp.gov.uk/
RE: Have you checked the DSS website, thanks Laura, your the only one I knew I could get any sense from (jadore)
farnham red gave you the best answer that he could and you replied saying that it was a 'stupid reply'. I suspect it will be the last time that he tries to help you.
RE: farnham red gave you the best answer that he could I need help here fella, not stupid replys. you stick to you GS thing
RE: farnham red gave you the best answer that he could but what help do you actually need? You asked if anybody knew why you were being called a customer didnt you? Farnham red replied saying that the word customer can mean two things and since the first meaning of the word didnt fit with the situation then new labour must be using the second definition of the word which is why they are referring to you as a customer. What part of that was 'stupid'? I thought it was a good attempt at answering your question.
ok, i'll ask... As I haven't noticed anyone else ask. Why is your username liz smith if you are male? Yours, a bloke named after a fast food takeaway
RE: ok, i'll ask... Liz Smith is one of the finest actresses this country has ever produced, most peeps on here have never heard of her, but then how many have watched I Didn'nt Know you cared, or taking notice of Nana in the Royle Family, or even her roles in 50's 60's 70's films, very few I woulds Imagne, and how many are old enough
RE: farnham red gave you the best answer that he could after paying my dues and demands into this country for 40 years working, I am now a customer, thats what I'm saying. a customer goes into a shop or whatever. I am only asking why the Dss are calling me a customer
What would you rather they call you? It's the current vogue. I guess they could call you a client instead.
