plus you'd be bored if not many folk in

saying that, was out in boro last weekend and we went out at 11pm and dint get in til 5.30 and its miles better than having to knock back 8 shots to get hammered before 2pm

The idea is

that they have the licence so that they can use it when they feel there is a need, e.g. next years Ashes perhaps.

Nope, be more than 1 pint drank in that timescale, obviously.

Most nights out end once the music stops and everyone is kicked out, which isn't good.

I actually prefer a later start myself ,

havent checked out Mancland much to see if they are into that kinda thing. I know they arent big on letting people in after 1am.
