Went ages ago, but it was great food and great service. Recall it being a bit pricey, but I'm sure that's 'cos I got stuffed with having to cover one or two of my tight friends.

Dont know of any Greek restaurants round Barnsley but I suppose tyke69 would suggest buying a tub of tziki and some pitta bread and sitting on the Town Hall steps.China Court is decent though ,been a couple of times.

I find greek cuisine very tasty. Stuffed vine leaves are delicious as are all the things they manage to do with cheese (baked Feta is to die for). Main dishes include stifado (beef stew) or various kleftiko (lamb pork or chicken presented on a skewer).
Most dishes come with salad and some of the Greek wines are quite palletable

Poor. I would advocate going as it is also pretty expensive

very good and its worth the extra bit of money

i even get my take aways from there as you know it will be gorgeous as its the same stuff they serve up in the restaurant. Most other chinkys are hit and miss - here is 95% to be a good un!
