Not half.

I've been invited for a couple of weeks over new year by friends who own a bar on White Beach. Only just looked myself and can't believe it.

Went to Palawan a few years ago

Which is very close. Really enjoyed it, empty white beaches, stunning diving, hardly any tourists - the stuff of paradise. The Philippines are stunning and lots of people I met while there said Boracay was one of THE places to go if you could. We'd already planned to go elsewhere.

They don't get the tourist numbers they should due to trouble with Muslim sepratists in the Mindano (Moro Islamic Liberation Front [MILF] - if only they knew!!). That's like not going to the Costa Del Sol because of the Basques tough
