Anyone care to comment on the ref?!!!!

Where does he rate in this season's catalogue of ludicrous officiating?

Is it because we got up Rennie's nose that we get referees who seem to have been instructed to provoke the Reds fans by making incomprehensible decisions?

When their fans throw a second ball onto the pitch when we have possession and are heading towards goal, fair enough, stop the game until Tranmere can control their balls, but don't restart with a 50/50 drop ball!!!

Unless both sides agree to a non-contested drop ball then you have to have a 50:50

I think it's time they got rid of non-contested drop balls anyway.

But I don't think you can do that - if play is stopped when the ball is in play then the rules of the game stipulate a drop ball.

True. Unfortunately for both sides and all the fans he had to explain that to their player, who wasn't happy about it, then to Oz who was also not chuffed.

Yep well the number of times players don't seem to understand the rules never fails to amaze me!
