Anyone concerned about pre-match neanderthals?

Wondered what things might be like given that every nutter in S Wales will be on red alert not only for the Cardiff/Swansea potential but also the fact that Leeds are also in the play off final and Cardiff/Leeds is also attractive to any bonehead within miles. Bet the Heddlu will be having a busy couple of weeks.

I think Leeds would be a nice warm up for the Cardiff cavemen whose hatred of the Swans is ferocious.(and vice versa). Dont fancy been caught twixt it. Im the only attorney on this board.

Me .... would have loved to take the young lad [5yrs] not worth the risk

Its a shame because that stadium [it is awesome ... been before for the rugby] and the atmosphere would have given him a huge thrill but more importantly would have had him hooked on the reds for life ... effing numpties [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

I wouldnt go so far as to not take kids cos theres a perceived risk (im taking two who are both young) I think Swansea played there earlier this year and I didnt notice any reports of trouble. Lets hope same again, altho SW Polis have plenty of experience now of dealing with big games at millenium and no doubt of keeping potential braindeads out of harms way.

You'll be fine.

Gerrim darn theer. The police have got the crowd situation well under control down there. Oh sure, if you stayed on round the pubs till late, I'm sure you'd find trouble if you wanted, but I guess you wouldn't be doing that anyway.

Contrast the S.Wales policing with West Yorkshire's finest the other night - the main route back to cars for tarn fans a bit of a battleground with Huddersfield retards attacking 'normal' fans at will. Not a copper in sight. I've sent a letter of complaint to WYP - suspect it'll get nowheer.

No concerns at all

Taking the young 'un.
If the Hooligan elements want to get it on togther then let 'em.
If anyone is foolish enough to come near me and the kid and use threatening behaviour then more fool them...

Maybe I'll have a rethink ....

he's already asked me about going .... and if I weigh it up against having to go and watch Cambridge Utd when he's older maybe its worth putting him at risk now [IMG][IMG] Hopefully all the retards will arrange to meet up in bristol or something .... cheers [IMG]

Been told of a cracking boozer but it's on the South side of stadium. All the big pubs are that side as well.

The amount of games Cardiff has held, not much trouble as ever been reported....
Fair enough Swansea will be about, but any sort of 'arranged' viloence even if it was to happen would take place out of town.

I think the majority of fans going down from both sides will be there to make it a great day.

Owt can happen........but

I think
Cardiff fans will be concentrating on Swansea fans
Main and deadly rivals you see boyo
Thats if there are any Cardiff fans around
My concern judging from the guys that have been and watched league games down there against Barnsley in the last few seasons, will be the welsh partisan neo nazi police force
These guys only join in if the welsh fans are losing
According to a source the Swansea fans gave Barnsley fans some stick down there this season.
This is in reply to the havoc Barnsley fans had in Cardiff
Swansea fans didn't want that happening to them
A sort of childish.......we are harder than Cardiff sort of thing
