Ritchies interviews often leave me unimpressed to say the least.I am however-a fan of his-and who would dare to criticise him now.If he's using some type of psychology he's a deeper thinker than i've given him credit for.WHAT EVER HE SAYS AND DOES IT OBVIOUSLY WORKS.

or maybe trying to keep the idiots realistic, so that if we don't win next week then they're not calling for his head. Besides, I do kinda agree with him, the team as it is would not suvive in the Championship.

I have to say ive been impressed with ritchie interviews i think he come across intelligent and knowledgeable about the game. Much better than Mr Hart thats for sure. I have to say swansea are coming out in the media, eg Jackett and Fallon saying how good a chance they've got, there this, there that. it could all back fire on them big time. Much prefer our approach sit back, say nowt, be modest and do the business when it matters, on the pitch!!!

My respect for Richtea is growing

doesn't shoot his mouth off, he's courteous was magnanimous in victory at gayfarm (despite whacko jacko's earlier triumphalism)

He is a great embassador for the club.

I was particularly impressed with that..

While everyone else was crazy, he made sure that he consoled Peter Jackson and the other Hudders staff before he celebrated. Excellent ambassador.

    Well....

at the oldham athletic awards the other night he said when asked will we win on saturday against swansea. that saturday is a one off match that could go either way, that we could beat them and they could beat us. hardly think he gave anything away then.

with a couple of quality strikers we could make serious inroads in the championship,i read an article in some magazine the other day where bassett said the championship is not as good quality as the season we reached the play off final!
