Don't get me wrong...he has to go. Thought it was a bizarre appointment in the first place and he's done absolutely nothing to convince me that's he's any good as a manager / head coach...

BUT....he's coaching an awful group of players that's been assembled....some players are awful, none have any experience, character or backbone. The lack of depth in certain areas, the terrible loan policy, the scrambling for players late in pre-season....I could go on

I can believe that LJ was responsible gif signing individuals but the overall philosophy is clearly either Cryne or Mansford's idea and it is killing the club.

LJ has done much wrong but I feel a bit sorry for him that he is coaching such a poorly run club.

A new manager has to come in and give a morale boost to the team but come next summer there has to be a better transfer policy because this current one is taking us into the conference

Nope, he spends all week on training pitch with them, he sets team up how to play. Clueless today both on the pitch and off it. Time for him to go

The players we have are more than capable at this level, HE is the problem with his tactics. I have absolutely no sympathy whatsoever he blames everyone and everything other than himself and he's too egotistical to accept his tactics are at fault.

I feel for him, when the people above you haven't a clue what chance has anybody got, you can't do it all on your own

I don't feel particularly sorry for him as he brought this bunch of shirkers in and coaches them on a daily basis so ultimately the blame is at his door.

But I do feel our players are getting off remarkably lightly in all of this. Johnson shouldn't have had to do much at all today. Tell them to keep it tight, give Alty due respect but get out there and do what's expected of them, being actual professionals rather than part-timers. But they didn't. They were an absolute disgrace yet seem to be escaping any blame in favour of solely deriding Johnson/Mansford/Cryne.
