Oh, and be aware if you do have problems that it appears the support calls now go to India. It flipping well helps when requesting technical help that you can blooming well understand what the person is telling you. Must have cost me a fortune last night simply because I had to ask the lady to repeat herself several times and when that failed I asked her to use the phonetic alphabet!!

No, I didn't have any problems last night. Was it just connecting up, can't locate server type stuff? If it was, then i had my first bout of that on Saturday, and so did a mate of mine on Wannadoo. We just reebooted and it all came back. He says that happens to him fairly frequently.

It was really bizarre. Simply got cut off and couldn't get back on. Every time I tried it went through the 'verifying account and password' thing several times and failed to connect.

It's the first problem I have had with them over the past year so can't grumble really.

Did you switch off and power up again, or just keep trying to get in?, and did the English speaking challenged lady at the other end sort it for you - or was it just a costly hit and miss exercise?

As i said - I have heard of connection "misses" with Wannadoo, and I have had just the one, but I know of someone to whom it happens regularly, and shut down / start up seems to clear it. just a thought.
