Anyone else have the same problem today?

    Was in the turnstile today just about to go in the ponty end when i realised that my number 10 ticket out of my st book was missing, i then had to go to the reception n tell them what happend nd had to hand over my season ticket to make sure i hadnt sold my ticket etc. There was a few people infront of me in the line with the same problem. Did it happen to anyone on here.
