Anyone else having problems with Wanadoo email?

She cane email me, I can't email her. Is that the problem you are talking about?

Is that with using Outlook?? I can send via webmail, but not through Outlook and I haven't changed any settings so I'm bemused.

I've had a similar problem to you, but the other way around. A friend of mine can email me, but I can't reply? Weird, if you ask me. Only thing I can assume is that it is something to do with virus protection. However, todays problem is totally different. It wont allow me to send any emails at the moment via Outlook.

Don't bother phoning up about it.

I have "a friend" who works there, you'll just be told to ring tech support on 09062 517 517 @ 50p/min

Forgot to say...

My outlook mail (in and out) is fine apart from not being able to email Susan. I am on Telewest Blueyonder. It sometimes collects emails together and sends them to me a day late, but not that often. Bit like the Royal Mail, without the junk mail. Oh hang on, we get that through email as well...
