yes i am I did not receive any emails for 3 weeks, you would think for the price it costs each month the service would be spot on. I have just come back to them from Sky as well due to an offer too good to miss.......... not !
I have. Had someone out and they said signal was low, they sorted that but it's still really slow and keeps disconnecting itself. I'm fed up of it now.</p>
</p> They either don't know what the problem is or they don't want to say. Don't know if you know this but you can go to http://192.168.100.1/and check out your signal. The downstream power level shouldn't fall below 0 and the upstream power level should be somewhere between 35and 50 (I think.) You can also check you still have the IP address.</p> That's all the virgin Dude did when he came and he went away saying it was ok. I've checked it when I can't connect and those figures are still ok so where do you go from there? </p>
mine was below 0, -3 i think. Still only about 13/14 now though. I don't want to phone the 09 number again though to get someone out. I think im just gonna cancel with them.
