Anyone ever been to New York for Christmas?
If so would you recommend it, also would I be better booking it as a package or just get flights and turn up and then book hotel.

    Cheers

not been at Christmas but I woudn't recommend just turning up and trying to book a hotel. For one think immigration ask for address of where you are staying. You could book flights first though and then look later to get a hotel.....sites like Expedia will recommend hotels when you just book flights as well.

Flights will be more expensive as well over Xmas and New Year. If you don't need to go at that time try Jan, will be much cheaper
