Its about 3/4 of a mile from Piccadilly to Victoria. You can get a free bus if you like.
Or the Metro to Bury passes through Vic

Went on the 'Spesh' ...in the early eighties and got deposited at a small station called Oldham Werneth (bit like Wombwell!). Don't know if its still open.
Yep , just confirmed Werneth is the nearest station. Apparently its in the "asian" side of town , so maybe the "five-0" might fancy going along.

RE: Five-0 are to$$ers: FACT interesting how they got one over once on soul crew.... http://www.sportnetwork.net/main/s76/st19863.htm?fromrss=1
RE: Five-0 are to$$ers: FACT I know some of the guys who went down to Cardiff that day.Two of them live within 100 yards of me. One of them isn't even a Barnsley fan. He use to go to Bramal Lane. He got a 3 year ban.

The Police video has also done the rounds. I was shown it via the local Nazi/BNP supporter. I know half a dozen on the lads who were on it and to be honest they are all mouth and no action. A right bunch of Mummys boys.

RE: Yep , just confirmed Werneth is the nearest station. Why assume everyone assositated with football related violence is a staunch member of the BNP and /or racist?
I don't , but as "Five-O" are the only confirmed barnsley racists I know. I thought they might fancy causing a bit of bother like they did in Cardiff.
RE: I don't , but as "Five-O" are the only confirmed barnsley racists I know. Who confirmed they are racist?
I saw them in "action" at Cardiff, racist chanting.
You can deny it all you like , but I can only go on what I saw and heard.

RE: Both From what your telling me, at that game there were only five-o in the away end including women and kids from the club coaches?
There were the regular fans , Then there were a number of "people" dressed for trouble , scarves leaving just eyes visible and such like. I even heard them talk as to how dull the trip had been until they got a fight started in the Walkabout bar in Cardiff.
They then proceeded to give us the full rendition of "Paki" songs with respect to Sam Hamman , and various "No surrender" songs. Then towards the end they put a rush on the Police in order to start a fight.

D/T I didn't make any assumptions about the involvement of BNP members in Cardiff that day. The guy I spoke about is well know in the area where I live and is an active BNP member. He also put a brick through a supporters coach window not so long ago.I understand he has a banning order now. None of the other guys I know who were on the Police video are BNP supporters.

RE: There were the regular fans , Hmmm. Still think your sterotyping. As for Sam Hamman. The less said the better.
I think Sam Hamman is a fool and liked to whip up anti-Englishness when it suited him.
However you appear to be revelling in the actions of the "Five-O".

RE: I think Sam Hamman is a fool and liked to whip I know a few people who could be classed as 'five-o'. a couple are extremely good mates of mine. And they arnt racist, far from it. You just seem to like taring everyone with the same brush.
