    I've replaced a built-in fridge

    Same idea and pretty straightforward.

    Nowt to it Paul ...

The most difficult thing is when you find that the idiot who fitted it put the socket behind the fridge which is above it ... hence to you have to remove the fridge to get to the socket to unplug the freezer!

Unplug, defrost, unscrew and pull out ... simple as that.

Simple on mine. Like replacing a light bulb.
