    with 20 clean sheets, what kind of lunacy would it take for us to add a defender from a team that have conceded 86 goals and been relegated with games to spare?

    I thought he was excellent when he played for us and got better and better. Would need to review injuries and form etc but shouldn't be instantly discounted as a replacement for Carbon

    Yeah - you are right - He must have slipped a long way though. He was quite good for us in the second half of our premiership season.
