Anyone getting a lot of 'wrong number' phone calls lately?

    This week alone we've had a phonecall from a garage for a Mr Meehan asking if we'd like an upgrade on the car we bought from them.

    Then we had a phonecall from a care home, asking about one of our relations living there despite not having any family in a care home.

    And today we've had a call from a Scottish fella asking if we're an estate agents?

    Either someone's pulling on my pisser or there's a lot of daft people about.

    Whenever I take a call whilst in company (usually from the wife or one of the kids wanting to "lend" some money), at the end of the call - I always say "Wrong number"

    Loads of scam phone calls around. Be very aware. Don't under any circumstances do a 1471 and ring back. Most likely a premium No. costing £10+ per minute

    I had a call about a week ago at about ten past three in the morning (on a Sunday). I had some pi55ed up ******** singing 'we built this city on rock and roll' down the phone to me before asking for Rory. I was not impressed.
