    Yes mate

We're booked on the 9.45am from Paddington. There will be plenty of London based reds on the train. Send me a PM if you're interested in joining us.

My tickets for this train, and a reserved seat. Not bothered about the seat reservation, but will my ticket be acceptable on the 09:45 train?

    Not sure

Just ring whoever you booked your ticket from (Trainline? First Great Western?) and ask them. Gut feeling is that the tickets are limited to the train you booked outwards but you can get any train back. Thats the case with ours anyway.

i am fairly sure you can get on any train with that. As Harrow says give them a call

Saver and SaverFirst (valid for First Class travel*) tickets are available on all off-peak train services. Outward journeys must be made on the date shown on your ticket and the return journey must be made within one calendar month

because the football is on I couldn't buy any group save tickets (half price)to cardiff. but i could buy group saves to Newport and then returns newport - cardiff on the same train
