    Not buying hotpoint again - its only been used for about 8 months.

    Is it still under guarantee? We always take some kind of cover out on washing machines - always in use in our house with 6 of us living here

    Its got 5 years parts but they will want it to go through a proper hotpoint agent which will charge thru the roof. Its over a year old as we had it still boxed up for 8 months until it got installed.
