Anyone got a up to date figure of how many people attend football in England

Of the major footballing nations (England Spain France Italy Germany) We have the biggest % of the population going to games each week. Interesting that because all you see on here is people moaning and complaining.

 

It doesn't make it right Phil but there is no point in having this debate again.

 

It doesn't differentiate between fans and tourists though, so false stats in my eyes.

 

That will be in many countries LDRed. Your adopted county at 1.63 aren't all the Football are they. 30 million more population and 100K less people attended per week. Goodness

for those that will say i'm causing trouble I've been watching back for the weekend and it said how many people went to the football in the 1960's so I thought i'd go and see how many people attend now
