That nasty annoying little pop-up out of the task bar telling you you need to buy a spyware remover?

Just found a removal tool and winkled it out in 5 minutes.

    Yay!

The Winfixer 2005 is a right bugger to get shut of.....2 hours and counting - no where near yet!!!

i got it and it kept returning because of the backup files made by my own computer and anti spyware programs.

but i do have a solution to completely rid the system of it if the bugger comes back again. and it actuallyt works...

    p.s. it's not a hammer.

No idea. Definitely not at work, though. Honest.

    Doesn't remove it fully.

Leaves the root in there somewhere, so it comes back after every reboot. Does on mine anyway.

Worked a treat for me mate.

Get into what's placed on your desktop and run everything.
