Considering getting one as apparently they have loads of footy on with 3pm kick offs on saturdays for when I can't get to a reds game. just wondering if anyone has one and what quality the broadcasts are in compared to sky for example (ie any glitching or pixelated picture). i here there is loads of movies on there to stream across too. Any help will be appreciated.

movies are ok but the football is just the same feed as you get from the usual streaming sites such as wizwig etc

not really. football is pretty shaky. depends what quality you're prepared to accept. you certainly won't get 'TV quality' streams though....or at least i haven't been able to find any. if you're a fan of tv shows and films though, xbmc is outstanding

I have a VCOM android box. And have XBMC working fine with the movies & football. I also subscribe to a HD streams website that gets me HD streams of the 3pm matches, plus all the other sky/BT ones as well. Its cost less than 1 months SKY/BT subscription for a whole year service. There is an also addon for XBMC so you can get it working on there whether its your Android phone/box or pc/laptop/mac. You have to apply to their website for a subscription though and it takes about 1-2 months to get approved. Some of you may be using this already, i wont give out the name of the website on here, but you are welcome to PM me.
