Anyone had problems with Virgin broadband?

    unplug computer then do same with your modem,plug modem back in then computer,see if that works.

    Some cnuts kicked the cable box off on the front of the house - thats why its not working! :((

    Do virgin charge to fix it? Bearing in mind i lived in terraced house short of reinforcing it theres no way i cant stop it happening again!

    Don't think so, fortunately on mine they just kicked the cover off and I was able to fasten it back on
