i have always believed that there is quite a lot of overlap in the lower leagues i.e. relegated teams do not generally bounce straight back up, and promoted teams generally do not fall straighr back down. for instance, last year, Luton & Hull managed mid table, and Wednesday didn't do too bad. Of the three that came down, none reached the playoffs. I therefore find it strange that all 3 promoted teams this time are tipped for relagation - surely there are some teams in the championship that are worse than the ones going up.
Personally, I am extremely grateful to AR and the board, and am surprised at how quickly people can turn. They haver managed to get us back where i believe we belong - something that many others have been unable to do in the last few years. Even if we do end up going back down, the current setup will have given us a season at a higher level - which others couldn't do. I imagine we would possibly be a little better off financially also.
Did all these moaners have the same attitude going into the premiership season.
FFS people, we got promoted. Have some faith in the people who made it possible.

I'm fairly sure that something like the last 12 (?) or so teams that won the League One play-offs have survived.
Paul.d - I wont believe it until Paul says its true In any case if the last 12 have survived surely its time 1 went back down There are some real pessimists on here arent there. I really dont think we will do as badly as some on here believe. And to all who talk of spending Money to bring in quality players who will pay for themselves I have two words. Peter Ridsdale
