Anyone having problems with Blueyonder Broadband?

    I'm supposed to be on 4Meg but it seems really slow tonight. Just done that ADSLguide speed test and it's down to 750K. How long before I can get some money back off 'em?

    what connection speed should you have?

    you have a 200K download speed according to that only 4 times as good as dial up

    (are you sure you gave the results the right way round 0.5Meg down and 2meg up is about right for a 512K connection)

    It depends

    If you have signed up to a 512K service thats fine
    if you are on 1Meg or higher its poor

    I am guessing you are on a 512K service in which case its OK

    then yes its probably 512

    Dont reallyknow much about blueyonder but would have throught they had gone beyond 512K now -really need a blue yonder user to help now
