Well I think mine might not be piles just noticed a lot of blood when I had a tom tit this morning. More likely a boil type spot
Ok mate, here is what you must do. Get yourself down to your Doctors and get it checked out. It's not very nice to do but you must let your Doctor have a look at you to make sure it is only piles.
If it's blood on the bog roll etc probably piles or a spot If it's blood within the stool then that can be more serious and you should definately consult your GP.
Farmer Giles........ To the chap concerned you may have rubbed the outer ring sore if you've had the squits on account of surplus alcohol and rich foods. If it is the early signs of the red grapes, try some Preparation H.

Also check your diet. Eating red foods like tomatoes can make your stools look like they have blood in them.
Piles Update Satisfied that I'm free from piles. This mornings bowel movement was fine and think that the blood must have been down to a mishchievous spot on the outside of the ring, didn't half bleed a lot but then I suppose it would down there
