Anyone know a cheap place to buy tyres locally?

    g/f usually pays about £60 for her nissan micra tyres, but my dad seems to think that is double what he expects.

    Cheapest tyres (quality ones) you can get are online and the y come from Germany. The price includes delivery and VAT. Costs about £10 for a local garage to fit and balance them:

    Way over the top

    Its always worth phoning round a few places, but I would have thought decent named named tyre would be 35-40 for a micra, and cheaper less well known for 25 to 30. Look in the comical or freebies and see who is advertising

    Just to the side/behind the Jet? garage. Can't remember the name of it.

    Got a set of 4 tyres for my Rover 75 for £275. QwikFit wanted almost £500.
