    Unfortunately their call centre is in Leeds so you get a Leeds version of a Yorkshire accent but I can understand it no problem

    Thanks. Spent about 2 hours on the phone to a call centre in the Far East on friday night, whi were unable to resolve the problem and was then promised a return call within the hour from an 'engineer'. This was not forthcoming and I'm reluctant to spend more money on 'phone calls to untrained personnel.

    if you ring up and ask to speak to someone whos english they cant refuse to do that.. so just ask them. tell them that you want to speak to someone english because you have a broad barnsley accent and recon that the foreigners wont be able to understand you and they should pass you on to some one english
