Anyone know anyone/anywhere who might want ..

a 26 inch widescreen CRT TV? It works perfectly as does the remote. It is a 13 years old Sanyo (cost me about £800 when new as widescreen TV was just starting(doh) ) Still get a good picture but I blew my bonus this year on a Panasonic 42 inch Plasma and Blu-ray player.

I could take it to the dumpit site but someone may know an OAP or someone whose TV has recently packed in. I don't want any money for it but it seems a shame to throw it out when it still has a decent picture.

Amazing how many widescreen tellies there are at the dumpit site, and I bet the majority of them are in perfect working order.
I've got a CRT one, cost me £700 just before plasma took off, but it was a top of the range one and the picture quality is excellent, so will be awhile before I replace even though I'd like a plasma/LCD.
