I could do with a wee bit of help on an essay (its 3rd year uni). I have to choose a (very specific) behaviour that can be explained by 2 motivation theories. Just having trouble thinking of a decent behaviour that I would be able explain using certain theories. The examples given was employee productivity. We've been given no restraints in terms of the behavior except it must be something that is continuous and not simply a one off event.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance.

My wife's got a degree in it. I'll ask her for you. Hang on.

All i really need atm, is suggestions on a behaviour to decide on, once I've got that sorted I should be ok to get on with it.

    Wife suggests...

What about compliance with rules in a controlled environment (such as a school or class room)?

No worries. When you've done that, you can work out why Ritchie won't play Nads.
